At 3-1-5 October is all about celebrating our vibrant over-60s community with Young at Heart Month! This month is dedicated to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for those 60 and beyond. Staying active is one of the best ways to prevent the effects of aging, keeping your body strong and your mind sharp. Plus, it’s a great way to meet new people and enjoy a thriving social life!

Y@H VIP DAY - Over 60's come along for FREE!

We have for all our over 60s to enjoy an exciting lineup of additional fitness classes tailored to all abilities. Whether you’re curious to try yoga, strength training, or water aerobics, there’s something for everyone! Plus, don’t miss out on our exclusive over 60s membership offers available throughout the day.

Choose Courage

This Halloween, don’t be scared to face your fears! Try something new-whether it’s a fitness class or a fresh workout routine. After all, there’s nothing spooky about staying healthy and aging gracefully! Don’t be afraid of aging; be afraid of not living life to the fullest!

 

Zumba and Fitsteps

Lose yourself in the music and find your rhythm with our dance classes. It’s a fun, high-energy workout that doesn’t feel like work.

Yoga and Pilates

Stretch, strengthen, and soothe your mind in our Yoga and Pilates sessions. These classes are perfect for members looking to enhance flexibility, balance, and inner calm.

Functional Force

This class follows a similar structure to our ‘Y@H X-Force’ class but combines the use of additional free weight & bodyweight exercises in between each exercise machine station.

Aqua Aerobics

Dive into fitness with Aqua Aerobics. This low-impact class is gentle on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, offering a refreshing way to get fit.
