Leading the Pack In Attendance

In the month of April, Kelly Dennison stood out as the highest attendee with an impressive 107 visits, closely followed by James Fletcher and Jack Winder, both with 102 visits each. Their dedication to their fitness journey is truly commendable.

Transformative Journey

Janine Swindlehurst's remarkable transformation, both physically and mentally, exemplifies the profound impact of dedication and support in achieving one's fitness goals. Here’s just a little of what she said: “The sessions were great in that I was shown I could do things I didn't believe possible for me before I started training. I learned that I can achieve great things despite living with fibromyalgia. It was hard work but also fun as Alex has great personality and sense of humour. Even on days when I felt i was struggling I was encouraged and made to feel proud of what I'd done and always felt good after each time”.

Elite Status

Andrew Partington, Matt Jackson, Philip Crawshaw, Suzan Baxter, and Sandie Halpin have all earned the esteemed 'Elite' status in our MYZONE Hall of Fame, showcasing their consistent dedication to fitness excellence.

Age Knows No Bounds

Delilah Hudson, at just 2 months old, became our youngest Stingray Swimmer, showcasing that it's never too early to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

Spreading the Word

Katie Clarkson earned the title of Most Member Referrals with an impressive 8 referrals through our Fitsense App, demonstrating the power of sharing one's positive experiences with others.

Champions of MyZone

Derek Butterworth's outstanding performance in the 2023 Myzone Fitness Challenge, accumulating 210,000 MEPS, serves as a beacon of determination and commitment. Kelly Dennison and Jane Palin continued this trend, clinching the titles of March and April Myzone Winners, respectively.

Milestone Achievement

Sara Harrison's milestone of being the first SWEAT Squaddie to reach the 200 Club underscores the celebration of dedication and perseverance in attendance and commitment.

Colin Greenhalgh, at 89 years old, stands as a testament to the adage that age is just a number, inspiring us all with his dedication to health and wellness.

On the flip side of the age spectrum, Maisie McGrady, at just 2 months old, represents the embodiment of starting early on the path to activity.
