So whether you’re a complete beginner wanting to learn how to run a 5k, an accomplished trail runner who loves the rugged outdoors or a competitive racer collecting medals then we have it all for you here based from 3-1-5.
Couch to 5k (C25k)
Time: Thursdays at 7pm
