Mental Health Awareness Week
Find Your Moments For Movement
We’re proud to support the Mental Health Foundation this Mental Health Awareness Week – 13th to 19th May. Everyone can join in and help to create a world with good mental health for all. This year’s theme is movement: moving more for our mental health.
Get moving more for your mental health by finding daily movement moments.
When life’s busy, finding time for wellbeing-boosting activities can be tricky. But finding moments for movement might be easier than you think. Parking the car a little further away from the shops, hopping off the bus a stop early, or even doing a few squats whilst the kettle is boiling. These moments will add up!
Choose To Celebrate Your Mental Health
So for Mental Health Awareness Week, we are not only celebrating our birthday but also supporting the Mental Health Foundation with the following extra events:
- Young at Heart Coffee Morning – Friday 17th May 10.30 am
- Myzone MHAW one-week challenge – 13th to 19th May
