In the past seven years, I’ve faced many challenges—multiple health issues, a five-year relapse, and five hip surgeries in just 12 months. In addition, I’ve navigated the emotional tolls of modern life, including separation and heartache. Throughout these personal trials, I have been incredibly fortunate to receive life-saving primary care treatment from The Christie, which has been pivotal to my recovery.
These experiences have shaped my understanding of what health clubs need to offer in today’s world. The integration of well-being, recovery, and fitness is crucial for people facing both everyday stresses and more serious health challenges. At 3-1-5, we’ve created an environment that supports not just prevention, but also healing and recovery—a space where members can focus on body, mind, and spirit.
