What is X-Fit?
Functional Interval Training is a training method that has been effective for many people. This class will only be a short class lasting 45 minutes but within these 45 minutes be expected to work to your maximum capability. Short sharp bursts of exercises with little recovery, if you’re looking to burn those extra calories in such a short period of time, then this is the class for you!
